Eat and drink what you want as long as you hit the gym.

I lost 2 stone when I did motorsport 10 years ago.
Do you find any part of maturing tough?
Losing my hair.
Is there anything you wish you had done or not done in the past, that impacts how you feel today?
Is there any area of your beauty and well-being you would like to improve?
That’s a long list.
Who is your pro ageing icon?
Hugh Grant, George Clooney, Al Pacino, Michael Douglas, they all look pretty good. They are free of face lifts. Look at Robert Redford, he looks awful since he had a facelift.
How do you feel about your age now vs. your youth?
I’m happier now than I was as a youth.
What’s your favourite beauty product on your bathroom shelf?
Elemis moisturiser. Kerastase shampoo and conditioner. Aqua di Parma products. Tweed cologne (although I’ve run out).
What lifestyle habits are most important to you?
Lots of sunshine. Good food and wine. Lots of exercise.
What are the biggest health/beauty routines you follow?
Gym or cycling at least 3-4 times a week.
What’s the best piece of ageing well advice you’ve heard/you follow?
I’ve not had any advice. That’s why Rejuvage is such a good idea.
What is your approach to diet and exercise?
Eat well, exercise regularly.
Where’s your go-to place to relax?
At home; listening to music or riding a motorbike.

Stay active and don’t worry about looking old.
