Name: Martin Leslie | Age: 52
Tell us a little about yourself:
I am 52 years old, married with two teenage children, around my job I like to keep fit, riding both mountain and road bikes with my family and friends, climbing mountains and snowboarding in the French Alps! I have been lucky enough to have cycled some amazing places over the years, including the joy of the Spanish mountains– I just love the outdoor lifestyle as much as possible!
Describe your health and beauty philosophy:
We have a very healthy diet, eating a low-fat diet, although I do enjoy a rum and coke! As far as beauty is concerned, I grab whatever shampoo is in the shower, as my eyesight is terrible, I often realise I’ve mistakenly grabbed the conditioner to wash my hair with when there is no lather!!! I wash my face with shampoo (conditioner!!!) or soap and GO!!!
Have you made any big changes to yourself to help you feel good?
I have made no changes to my routine, other than when my wife tells me my hands are rough and I may then reach for the hand cream!
