Relationships

By middle age more than 90% of adults will have been married at least once

As we reach midlife, chances are most of us will have picked up some baggage along the way. It’s to be expected in new relationships and why we should always keep an open mind.

Alternatively, long-term relationships have a tendency to lose their excitement or worse, resentment can settle in if both parties don’t continually put in the work. Relationships should be an adventure that empowers us and our partners, which gives us a companion who we can talk to about anything and rely on.
