The Full-body Resistance Workout That’s Absolutely Free

The good ol’ resistance band is a great piece of exercise equipment to have. This simple strip of elastic is incredibly versatile and makes it easy to achieve a taxing full-body workout wherever you like!

The ideal resistance band should offer a fair amount of resistance for a hypertrophy rep range to help build muscle. Keep your workout intense, have little rest in between sets and do around 5 sets per exercise in a 12-25 rep range.

For those new to resistance band training, try our Rejuvage band workout, you can either treat it as a circuit, doing one set of each exercise until you have done 5 full rotations or simply do them one by one, either way, don’t stop until you feel the burn!
