Menopause & Insomnia
Insomnia is a common occurrence during the menopause. Unfortunately, the two go hand in hand thanks to the disruptive forces of hot flushes, anxiety and stress – all symptoms of the transition.
It’s no surprise that 61% of post-menopausal women report they’re less satisfied with their sleep (National Sleep Foundation).
But it’s not all doom and gloom, the good news is that it’s very treatable!
What Can I do?
Menopause-related insomnia can be treated in a variety of ways. Many women find relief from HRT or natural alternatives, we aim to provide resources on this page to help you find the best treatment for your sleep disruption and gain a better understanding towards the cause.
