What is Glow for October?
This is your four-week opportunity to create healthier habits in your life
Together, we will all commit to a few simple healthy changes that will make your feel better than ever!
Start by making a set of promises to yourself of what you would like to achieve, like ditching your late night snacks or exercising a few times a week
Through Rejuvage, you will get access to guides and resources to help you and you will have access to a Facebook group where you can connect with others taking on the challenge

Create amazing new habits in a month!
Join us an make three or more healthy promises to yourself this month, it’s a positive way to feel better. Studies show that it takes from 18+ days to form new habits so this could be the start of a new wellness journey.
Even the most simple small changes can make a big difference. Here are some ideas:
• Stay hydrated • Socialise more • Have some digital detox time • Have more me time • Take up an exercise class • Cut out processed food • Reduce alcohol • Exercise 3 times a week • Walk 10,000 steps a day • Give a daily hug • Go to bed earlier • Join a new club • Call someone • Ditch late night snacks •
