Founder of Rejuvage, Louise started the midlife wellness club to help midlifers navigate healthy living and create connections with others going through the same thing. A pro-age advocate, Louise is also a qualified wellness coach, able to help you with your own personal journey.
I fell in love with hot yoga when I was 49 and became a teacher at 51. I have spent the last 10 years learning, studying, growing and developing my love for Yoga, Health and Wellness. I also now teach Yin Yoga, Dynamic Vinyasa and Meditation, and am a graduate of the Institute of Intergrated Nutrition.
Sarah Doherty, relationship counsellor and sex therapist, has been helping hundreds of couples and individuals to create more satisfying relationships and sexual intimacy for over 10 years.
Personal trainer Olly has 15 years experience helping his clients get the results they want, from specific exercise or training programmes, nutrition plans, or specific help with trialthon training, racket sports, skiing, endurance events and boxing.
Kathy Abernethy MClinSci RN is a registered Menopause Specialist and is current Chairman of the British Menopause Society. She is here to answer all your menopause questions and ease your worries.
Laura Kidd has been part of the fitness industry since 1996 and is passionate about fitness! She¹s here to help mid lifers achieve their goals through exercise and healthy eating, to burn fat, tone up and most importantly, have fun!
